Dominik Langhammer
born in Germany 1978, studied at the State Academy of Art and Design in Stuttgart. During that time he worked for Studio Michele De Lucchi in Milan and Smart Design in NYC. After graduation in 2005, he joined Smart Design in San Francisco where he consulted numerous projects and designed products and experiences for clients such as P&G, Cisco, Starbucks, Tefal, Logitech, HP, Toshiba and OXO for over 6 years. Dominik joined Amazon 2011 to work in Amazon's Silicon Valley design team which develops innovative product platforms such as the Kindle eBook reader.
In 2012, he started to collaborate with Vini Design developing the POND bathroom collection with his fellow designer Jan Heinzelmann.
